Noah E. Spiegel has spent more than 25 years helping nonprofits figure out where they're going and how to get there together. Based in Nashville, he works with organizations across the country on strategic planning, board governance, organizational development, and facilitation. His approach starts with relationships before plans. Before any whiteboard gets filled or any document gets drafted, he focuses on getting the right people in the room and making sure they can actually think together. He draws on Appreciative Inquiry, Peacemaking Circle process, Results-Based Facilitation, World Café, and CliftonStrengths to design processes that are participatory, grounded, and built to stick. Noah holds the BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant credential and is a Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant. He has worked with more than 50 nonprofit organizations, from small community-based groups to regional anchor institutions, and teaches governance and leadership through the Center for Nonprofit Excellence Middle Tennessee and Young Leaders Council.
